WTB M156 6.3 HEADERS - HEEELP :)
Gents!
I am looking to buy headers for a W212 6.3 motor. I live in Los Angeles and have pay pal ready to fire.
I will look at anything you got! I am a cash buyer, ready to buy today. You will not get "hey I'll trade you my dog/bike/tv/xbox/pet snake/toaster/etc..". You will get cold hard cash and beers for facilitating.
Help me, help you!

Give Kleeman's "try" long-tube headers a shot. They have an exceptionally large diameter and a really beautiful collector(the four-to-one) and excellent welds and final finish. Give EC a call, Jerry or John in Houston to talk(not necessarily to sell you, although they can, but just to get good info), or call Cory at Kleemann and he'll be glad to provide info.

I've had the Kleemann headers and they are amazing. I am looking for short tubes or logs. I've seen all the EC, MBH, Renntech, Kl, etc.., and it's wonderful, however, I'm not looking to spend $5K for 35hp.
Coincidentally, I just got off the phone with a fabricator and I think I may have a reasonably priced solution for M156.
Call me directly for details..

Be sure to add the details here and let him know if they are reasonably priced he would sell a ton of them. I know I'm not paying $2k for a few pieces of pipe...

Give their short-tubes/"logs" a look as well. Eurocharged, John will help discuss with you.

Check out Kleemann's "logs". I've had them on 2 different C63's and loved them. The makes a great set of "logs" and the tubing is more than 1/2" wider than the stock logs. Since, you've had Kleemannn, you know the quality.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. I spoke to Cory and he says that was an old set up they were running and they no longer maker them. As far as EC, I was not aware they have "logs" for these cars. I will give them a buzz but from what I know they only have LT's..

Sorry, those thoughts ran together. I was still referring to Kleemann's logs. EC does not have their own short-tubes/logs. I was just meaning to talk with John about Klee logs and their input. I would still definitely call EC and talk to John(or Jerry) about what shorties/logs are out there, what they'd use, and what they prefer. Very helpful guys and they can still "sell you", get you set-up with a good set of shorties.
Didn't know Kleemann was out of the log business. They were the best set I had ever come across and used. Big, beefie, huge, and really well made....execution was fantastic. Good luck in your quest. I'll be curious to hear about which ones you went with.

UPDATE
I have flanges being cut next week. I am also working with a custom header builder that will design some shorty/log style headers for M156. They will not be stainless steel as the cost is insane. We are trying to design an affordable option for these cars. Once I have the first set built and installed, I will post pictures and dyno. In the mean time, start a list...
