I guess he came back to try and get a more believable time.

You cannot say that everyone that has run there has known about the issue, or that everyone has intentionally tried to mislead us, or if there is in fact a problem with the timing equipment. All we know is that there has been no regular checking that the equipment is properly calibrated and 100% accurate. I feel for any enthusiast caught up in this, but a lot of people have called bulls**t on times coming out of there.
