We have a few of these at work, albeit snap on ones. If I'm honest I hate them. For 25 years I've got used to that reassuring click when you have reached the set torque.

I don't know if these are the same but the Snap On ones buzz and vibrate instead of click.... IMO it's a crappy idea.

The video shows this to have three or four LEDS that light sequentially as you approach and then hit the target torque, and an audible BEEP when you reach the set torque. I've never used one like this but I think it would work just fine for me.
