Tire Pressures for C63 Black Series?
On the side of the door it says 46 Front and 48 Rear (Cold)
Does that sound right? I am running the Continental 5p Tires. Max psi says 51 on tire.
Currently my tire pressures are at 35/36.

See what it recommends on the fuel filler door. The driver's door figures are for max load only. The filler door should have recommendations for lighter loads.
35/36 are likely a little on the low side especially considering the low profile tires on the car. Your wheels will be at risk of cracking on potholes as well. My car is a 2012 sedan and the minimum recommended pressure is 41/41 on 18" wheels so 19" wheels you might want to add a couple of lbs of air pressure.

With the OEM 19s I suspect you'd need to run ~44 psi *cold* front and rear, especially for street driving on Continental 5Ps. Check the fuel filler door as Mort suggested.

That's much more likely and correct for the OEM Dunlop R-comps that the car comes with and have stiffer sidewalls than the street Conti 5ps that you're now running. As I suggested earlier, I'd run street rubber at ~44 psi cold F & R. 42 cold is probably going to be just as fine in the summer, but 35/36 is way underinflated and prone to blow up (think Ford Explorer & Firestone a few years back)... plus it would bend your rims and cut your tires if you come within two feet of a small pothole.
Love the car collection BTW!
