Hye, was doing some research regarding tunes and feedbacks and its very hard to find the info about MHP. They post pretty solid numbers.

yup, I know this. But didnt want to get into personal things and just wanted to get some info about the tune.

alot of the older boys used to run there tune but majority of the newer guys here are running eurocharged or whoever else

yup, lets see.

Because I believe thats the only tune that will eliminate shifting issues....

I have contacted OE tuning and I was told that shifting isnt much improved with their tune....

My previous c63 had lots of mods (that aren't necessary to list) including an MHP tune and it was awesome, nothing but good things to say about the tune.

However, I'm thinking to get a weistec tune (ecu/tcu/valvebody upgrade) and delete my res for my new black series. If I mod her, I want everything to be easily reversible. I need more time to think but to me it seems weistec would be the route to go, they have done so many 63s and they know the m156 engine so well. Just not sure if I wanna mod my cbs yet. It has only 3700miles and I want to keep her mint, forever. A piece of Mercedes history. So far I've only dechromed the window trim, added carbon vents to the hood and the beautiful HRE wheels.

Anyway sorry to get off track lol. MHP was a great tune in my experience and I would recommend that tune to for any c63.

I am running an MHP tune and am also very happy with it. It runs strong throughout the entire rpm band and I run about 490 whp with headers and tune (Dynojet). I changed to that tune from EC V5 and it was a clear step up in power, with no weakness in daily driveability at all.

I sent my ECU out to get tuned last Friday, August 5th and it delivered to MHP on Tuesday, August 9th. Aaro Nicora assured me it would be delivered to me on Thursday, August 11th.

I still have not received it. I have called and emailed Aaron more than 20 times without response. I am very concerned.

Anyone who knows or have dealt with these guys, please reply.

I ran a MHP tune until last fall when the blower went on good tune no issues, as for the customer service side there have been issues and legal issues with the owner ect...if you guys use the search function you can find all kinds of stuff regarding these issues.

Obviously MHP has burned some people based on some of the comments. Not sure how any of this is funny.

I appreciate comments that are helpful though. It looks like they have either taken a long time to send parts but tunes are usually good based on some reviews. My thing is that he went radio silent after he received my ECU which is wierd because he was very helpful in answering questions several days after being paid.

More concerning, he seemed to at least respond to others with excuses and so forth but he will not respond to my calls or emails. Now his phone is not accepting phone calls at all. Has anyone experienced not getting their ECU at all?

Interesting - it looks like Andy was convicted for Marijuana trafficking in 2014 - with probation. He also seems to get married now (applied for marriage license in June this year). Amazing what is public these days within a few clicks.


Not sure what that would mean for when you'll get the ECU. It seems to be 2 days later than promised so far. Promised for Thursday and it is Saturday.

Unfortunately, all you will be able to do is wait and hope. And if you start to get nasty in an email or phone call, threaten, lawyer etc w/e then you can pretty much kiss that ECU goodbye. From what I've seen, if you are able to inflate the guys ego he'll keep you and help out but I have no personal dealings with MHP so idk why it is as hit or miss as it is. Mainly because when I actually was researching c63 parts etc. I ended up here and read first about all of these issues.

If I were you, I'd just call once or twice a day and if you leave a message just be nice and persistent. At the same time I'd be looking around for another ECU if I needed to drive the car soon.

Thanks! Fortunately I have another vehicle but I'm already missing driving the AMG. I can't believe someone can take you for $3k and stay in business. It's flat out criminal!

Seriously - the ECU is thus far 2 days late and you are convinced you will never see it again and that MHP is criminal? Is there something else going on here?
And, ironically, MHP cannot post here..........


Anyway, I hope it will be on your porch Monday or Tuesday.

You might get your tune in 2-5 years. Less with good behavior.
