Is this a legitimate C63 Muffler? Part# inside...

Is this a legitimate C63 Muffler? Part# inside...
Hi all, friend says he's got OEM C63 muffles to sell me (for my E55).
The part number stamped on the muffler is A 204 490 20 01
..I can't find it anywhere, and my local MB dealer agrees that its certainly on a C Class chassis, but can't find the exact number anywhere in his catalog.

Edit to add: Could it be a legit C63 muffler for non-us market? Which I wouldn't mind. As long as it's a true C63 muffler.

What year is the c63 that it came off of? I searched a little for you but nothing matching the part number you posted came up, I'm thinking the part number changed through the years?

Off an '11 C63.
I called 2 MB Part Dept's and just asked them to see if that part number exists anywhere, whether C63 or not.
The first half of the sequence is okay and certainly matches up the the 204 chassis, but the last four numbers aren't

They're off of his '11 C63. He replaced them with an IPE exhaust.
Everything about it seems fine, except for the fact that this part number is throwing me off :/
