he needed front money to buy weed then sell it so he can get parts for customers. sounds like a good scam to me

Looks like the site must be restricted to non-US IPs.

Use a proxy server so the site thinks you are in the US and you should be able to access it.

wow, i had no idea. i just had a set of mhp/arh headers delivered this week. googled the guy and most of the articles i see about issues with him or the company are from 2013. but he's seems to be the owner/ceo

none of the posts i saw about mhp in 2015 had any issues with them as far as acquiring headers go. it could be that arh is doing all the real work for them and they are just collecting the cash. i dont feel great having given them my money now but the product is in my hand and i'll know in about a months time that there are no issues. and I dont expect there to be based on other members who have gotten headers through them

I think this is a bit irrelevant, what does a marijuana charge have to do with him running a business.

I do have ARH headers as well and they are great products no doubt. One of the reason I called them ARH is because ARH makes them not MHP. This guy's one man company just markets them. I don't know exactly the scheme but basically you cannot buy directly from ARH for their C63 LTH. You have to go through MHP. I guess that is how the agreement/contract is. It would be beneficial for everyone if ARH could take over following that conviction.

He sold weed? Who cares. I am positive there is lots of guys on here that have done that or worse. When the C63 came out, he was one of the first guys modding and pushing the platform.

I am by no means defending the guy or anything, was just curious as to the degree of his violation. Sounds like it was just a small amount. Maybe he just partakes in recreational use? I dunno. I was expecting it to reveal that he was trafficking tons of it, but looks like a 5th degree felony is pretty small. lol

I'm not against this guy at all, I have no horse in the race. I was just saying that I don't think these are the kind of charges you get hit with for carrying a baggie of weed in your car to your friends house. And pair that with his alleged 'business practices' of the past, and it may paint a distressing picture. But what do I know, I know nothing, I was just saying.

If you knew what a ***** Andy was/is then you could appreciate this thread a bit more...the ***** still owes me thousands of dollars.
