I've read through both threads where people have named their C63 engine builders and I haven't seen one other person with the same builder as mine - Marc Barlin.

The only problem with that is the stooopid title of that thread. I would have titled it "Who built your motor?" also, but when one enters that in forum search the "Just for fun" thread returns as result #32. Who TF would click on that expecting this?
I didn't see the builder of my motor in "The engineer" thread so here he is:
Walter Waldbauer. Mine is a '13 P31 with 16,5xx miles and, except for an occasional lifter knock ( cold motor very infrequent) no issues so far. Only engine mod is the ROW air boxes with AFe filters.
