I snickered way too much at this. I hate to see MBH take a turn for the worse here and really hoping this guy gets his headers.

ahhaha I know right. I was like sh*t, I'm neutral on all of this and haven't said a word... That being said.. you've got guts man. lol

Obviously hoping this is an anomaly and all is well, but what do I know.

2013 P31 4 door family car.
I ordered my mbh headers and mid section April 6th. They shipped 3weeks to the day. No complaints here.

as expected, I am still waiting on my third set of headers. No reply, no refund, no headers, it just drags onto the second half of the year, yep...

If you paid with PayPal, just open a claim against them and you'll get your money in less than 3 weeks even after they respond to the claim.

And if you didn't use PayPal, never buy from forum except with PayPal or directly through a credit card checkout system (so you can file a scam claim with the bank and they return your money as well).

I placed an order 6/23/16. Ordered LTH/midpipes/xpipe/cats w/ removable test pipes. Waiting to hear back about updates/shipping. Will do an unboxing video/pics when they arrive.

still waiting on that third set, this is how MBH treats their customers: no reply to PM, no reply to email, do not pick up phone, do not answer voice mail, as if I owe them anything, man up and complete this stupid order!

This is garbage!!! You should have gotten a refund for all three sets and purchased else where. I would never do business with MBH based on this thread alone.

I feel like they took advantage of you just because you were sending them out of the country. Sorry you are still going through this kind of bull**** man.

MBH is the worst customer services. I ordered Headers + X pipe. I made separate orders for mid section. The straight pipes come standard with the mid section that's why I made two separate orders. Mike decided to not send me straight pipes since I have X pipe on another order. I called him several times with no answer. I tried with another phone, I pretended to be a new customer I asked him how to get X pipe and straight pipe at the same time, he replays by saying you have to make two separate orders. I said thats what I did!!!! So I should receive my straight pipes. He was shock that am not a new costumer. He said I will see what I can do then never heard back from him. I opened a case in PayPal saying I should receive straight pipes since it is separate orders they agreed to refund the money for the midsection. But I have to return the I item to him. The parts are already installed. I’m not going to take it off. I just want to point out that MBH is bad, I'll never deal with them again.

You conveniently leave out important aspects to support your narrative. When the order came in for headers and Xpipe. I informed you that the Xpipe you purchased was an add on option and needs the mid-section for it to work. After you were informed by me of this, you ordered the mid-section.

The Xpipe's price structure takes into consideration the cost of standard straight pipes. This is why our Xpipe is priced less than our Xpipe we have available for the EOM system.
I explained to him that the Xpipe is an upgrade option, and that what he was doing would be like telling a McDonalds that you upgraded to the large soda, but are also expecting to get the medium soda as well.
I even offered to sell him the straight pipe section at a lesser rate, to make it right. The customer got exactly what they ordered and it is unfortunate that it has to bleed out to mbworld.

Why you offer me something that I already paid for! If a guy order headers and mid-section it will work fine. 3095 headers + mid-section 550$ he will end up paying (3645$). After a day from installing he decided to go with X pipe which is (420$). The total amount he paid is (4065$) and he is still keeping the straight pipes that comes standard with mid-section. !!! what is the different between me and him.
