I found someone selling brand new eibach lowering springs for a c350 for only a hundred bucks. I saw somewhere that they fit the c63 but just want to make sure!

100% sure the spring rates are way, way higher on a C63 than a C350 so therefore no.

If you want to be sure for yourself -- go to Eibach's website and compare the part numbers to those that the individual is selling.
