Recently I been getting a howling noise from the engine bay. It sounds like it its a pump or some kind of motor running. Yesterday while i was driving home, the noise stayed on for about 10 min and when I got home the noise stopped like the motor or pump shut off. Has this happen to anyone else?

Driving a bit hard for 3-4 times at around 80-100% throttle inputs in either 2nd or 3rd gears.
Oil temp around 220-230
outside temp around ~80f
coolant temp is normal position
