Aussie Supercharged C63 Build

Best run I ever did NA, headers, race tune and fuel, some weight removed 11.8. Best with blower 10.6. Haven't tried a run yet with the new trans. I think it would do better, shifts damn hard. My 10.6 it cut power on the 3-4 shift.

I saw a 0.2-0.25 ET difference. On my stage 2 between stock tranny and built tranny (v2). Mario saw a 0.3 difference between V1 and V2 built tranny, I definitely think you will go quicker. That is also a great time considering your DA. V2 tranny and 0 DA and you should go low 10s easy.

Thanks guys, slowly improving which is always good to see. The transmission kit just arrived so its back off the road for a while then will be back at the track with proper tyres, built tranny and more boost.
@Aussie E55, I think the tech at Calder might have had a couple, the dates are weird, shows 19th and 20th but at least he got the Sunday Funday right.

Quick update. The uprated transmission is in along with the new torque converter. Just had time this week to get a new tune done and picked up 25rwks still on the standard 5psi pulley. Car feels noticeably quicker.
Up early tomorrow to head to the Snowy 1000 standing kilometer event, cant wait

Keen to see what you run now. There is a few of us from Aus who are pushing the limit, and soon will be knocking on the records. I believe an Aussie c63 will have the record next year. Hopefully me haha. Good luck buddy.

Thanks for the comments guys. Good to see some super quick Aussie C63s getting faster and faster. Had a great weekend at the Snowy 1000, few issues with the new tranny (looks like i need to take it in for a re-adapt) but the car pulled hard. Will post up some results and pictures soon.

you need to use the star mate
or you can keep driving it and it will adapt on its own you will probably need to put some KMS on it for full adapt

Just got back to Austalia and back in the C63. Had the latest 6 rib belt and pulley system from Magnuson installed, looks smick. Power is up to 429rwkw @ 9.5psi (was 375rwkw). Totalled transformed the car again, its been one day and i need new rear tyres allready
Plan is to get some 16"s and drag tyres this week and then run a time at Calder on friday. Also doing a track day in a couple of weeks with VIC AMG and GT club, cant wait.

Yep, I think this is first install for Ken's new pulley in Aus. Design is very cool and clean looking. Cant wait to get it on the track.

I'm in Melbourne also; keen to find out about the track day in a couple of weeks with VIC AMG and GT club, can you share details of how I register?

Thanks mate, will PM you. Hit a snag today though, the Weistec torque converter has stuffed itself so trying to get that sorted asap. Bit annoyed seeing as the car has done less than 800 ks and most of that on the highway up and back to the snowy

The track day is organised by the VIC AMG club, join the facebook group and shoot them a message and see if they have a spot left.
