Brake squeal when coming to a stop

Car just started to squeal when coming to a halt at slow speeds, it's not a brake dust issue as I
pressure washed the rotors and calipers, and I'm pretty sure the pads are still good.

I assume I'm not hard enough on the brakes, do I need to re-glaze them?

Do you use stock pads? Brake pads should never be glazed - that would mean they overheated and now have low friction. Glazed pads are more likely to squeal. Pads in good condition are matte, slightly rough and have no cracks.
Maybe you have not used the brakes enough to create a pad material deposit on the rotor. Just take the car to 100mph and slow it down swiftly to 30 mph 3-4 times in a row. That will re-bed the brakes in. Note: This assumes you are using stock/street pads. Sport or race pads would need harder bedding in.

This. But after you do your 3 or 4 quick slow-downs you don't just come to a stop and hold the pads in one spot on the rotor. Drive around and let the brakes cool off.

I assume you noticed the squealing BEFORE you pressure washed anything, correct?

Yes of course. Had this issue with my old z06, it was due to brake dust.

And yes, these are stock pads

Same thing has been happening to me too. If I'm light on the brakes, I get a slight squeal. When coming to a stop under light braking as well, I get a squeal. No noise under heavy braking...

What gives?

my car has acted like this as well since picking it up last year. my shop told me it may be due to the car sitting for some time and it should go away as i drive it, but so far it has not. One thing I notice is that the squeal more prevalent on hot sunny days. on cool cloudy days I usually get less or no squeal at all. I should be due for new pads and possibly rotors as well by the end of the summer, I dont expect replacing these to fix the problem but I'm interested to see if it persists.

Yeah, the stock read pads are known to do this. Replacing with another brand like porterfield R4S pads will get rid of the sound

Tried this a few times at about 75mph down to 15mph, didn't change a thing.

Maybe it's time for new pads.

Pic for reference, not sure what that slag is on the inside of the wheel, happened after the 4 test runs. Car has about 24000km's on it.

Duh, the pic was for reference to the slag inside the wheel. If you look closely, you can see little specks.

Do these pads look toast or not?

They look fine. Tar and road debris can get inside the barrel of the wheel (shown in your second pic). Your brakes squeal a little under light pressure. They are fine. It's well known that the stock pads do this sometimes. Just search.

You have plenty of pad material remaining, but I'm not sure why they look discolored.

The squealing is more embarrassing than anything else as you pull up to a light in a MB AMG and it looks like you cant afford a brake job lol

Exactly. I have plenty of pad life too and this is still happening. It's so damn annoying and quite embarrassing.

Exactly, have you tried re-bedding them? I had no success.

A couple years ago I complained to the dealer about the squealing. They gave me new rear pads. That worked for about 6,000 miles and then it came back. I just bought some porterfield pads and can't wait to get them in. I have plenty of pad life left but can't stand the dust and noise. Plus I am already replacing my front rotors due to cracking. They don't pass tech inspections for track days now so I figured I would put new pads at the same time.
