I just got this one and put it on my car. It looks and fits absolutely perfect.

Call up, speak to Matt, tell him you're from MBWorld and he'll give you a better price than posted on the website. You can thank me later.

^^ Never heard of the RW Carbon diffusers until that link.

Do you guys have closeups? From the side angle? Does the diffuser jut out past the exhaust tips? I don't want the diffuser to look gaudy or out of place like most big fin diffusers.

Also, any comments on build quality? The Mode Carbon Luftstrom is my choice so far, but for several hundred less in price (with an mbworld discount) , if the build quality and fitment is there, this would be a no brainer.

Thank you in advance,

the RW big fin seems to be a consensus choice. I received mine this week and it will go on the car soon. I'm very happy with the build quality when i inspected the piece.

I can vouch for Matt at RW Carbon as well. Here are some pics of my install. My muffler tips do stick out about 1/2" farther than stock due to my LTH and mid-pipe install if you are comparing how it will look versus stock tip location.

I think it looks good and goes well with my other exterior mods.

Mort-
Thank you posting and the information. I prefer the muffler tips to be even or slightly past the diffuser as that looks more appropriate, in my opinion. I know on some big fin diffusers I've seen pictures of, the tips are tucked in and the diffuser goes too far past the tips, making it look unnatural.

I hope with this RW diffuser, the tips will be even with or just slightly past the diffuser fins. By the way, I'm a completely stock car so no exhaust changes ... yet.

My Mode Carbon diffuser is going to be for sale shortly. Just not satisfied with it. My front lip from them was also destructed in pretty short order. Not thrilled with the quality.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Matt at RW. Everything I've ordered from him fits perfectly, is properly constructed and not flimsy like some of the other thin carbon stuff out there, has a great weave, and the prices are good too. Just ordered one of his DTM (Vorsteiner copy) rear diffusers to start on another little aero project I'm thinking of....

You're the first person that has said they weren't impressed with the MC Luftstrom rear diffuser of theirs. Every post I've read says the quality and fitment were superb. Maybe just one bad example?

The more I search on here, see pics, and the price difference, the more I'm leaning towards the RW diffuser.

Stop entertaining this users posts. He is a clown. He makes posts and doesn't really show interest or follow up in the subject matter after. Everyone is wasting energy helping this guy. As far as just getting conversations started, well that's fine...

I had CF parts for sale and he annoyed and PM'd the hell out me to have me discount the part like $20.

He is a major tire kicker and has been cheap-ing out for some time now...he will nickel and dime you to death over $20. Plus, if you are selling him anything, be prepared for him backing out last minute and then asking for pics of every corner of the box you are sending him.

Annoying as all hell.

Thanks man. It's in line after I get done with the front bumper and 44O kit, then the rear fenders, then maybe coilovers.... Then..... well I don't want to hijack things here, so just look at this https://mbworld.org/forums/clk63-bla...ml#post4910603
