Bay Area - any trusted shops for maintenance/bodywork/installs

Hey All,
I relocated from NYC to Oakland, California last year and am looking for a trustworthy independent shop in the Bay Area (preferably east bay) that specializes in MB. I need regular maintenance work done but also want a shop who can do mod installs and paint (in the event I ever need it.)
