Another C63 Coolan Leak Thread
So I own an 08 c63 and started getting that dreaded check coolant see operators manual. Car seems fine temp normal not overheating, no white smoke, no coolant puddles on the bottom.
Took it to the mechanic he did a coolant flush added 1 gallon of coolant, also did a pressure test and everything seemed to be OK.
2 days later I am getting the same message "check coolant see operators manual", take it to the mechanic he told me the radiator is leaking so will have to replace that.
He said he checked the transmission for coolant and did another pressure test and told me my car passed so atleast the transmission is good. The leak is behind the intake and also last thing he told me was that he found a high ppm of hydrocarbon in the expansion tank.
Will keep you guys updated hope its not the headboolts or cracked head.

head bolts are no big deal.....everyone acting like the car has terminal cancer or aids.
Look at the coolant leak like a dripping peni5. just gotta tighten the tubes up and your good as new....no reason to chop your junk off.
