what is best tire size i can use it 255 35 19 looks good or 255 30 19 better ?

The 255 35 19 tire is too tall for a C63 unless you have a personal reason for running it.

The OEM size is 255 30 19 and is the size I would recommend. If you want to go oversize on OEM rear wheels you can run a 265 30 19 or 275 30 19 and although the 275 is getting a bit too wide for the wheel width of 9"it will work.
