Tighten the beast down!!! Did you make a good run??
#'s????

ritalin 09-18-2016 08:08 PM

Great result. Did weistec post this on instagram?

Is that on pump? With which pulley?

mr747 09-18-2016 08:13 PM

^^^ thats on pump 67mm

this is on 60mm with ms109

BLKROKT 09-18-2016 09:44 PM

650whp sweeeeeeet

Engine's moving around a lot. Have you considered strapping it down? Used to use motorcycle ratcheting tie-downs for that.

mr747 09-18-2016 10:51 PM

i never thought about it to be honest

Dave313 09-18-2016 11:54 PM

Putting down some serious power :)

Merc63 09-20-2016 09:55 AM

What is the power difference between the two pulleys?

Do you have two Ecus or did you let the 67mm tune adapt to the 60mm?

mr747 09-20-2016 07:55 PM

the power difference is night and day

but i custom tuned the 60mm pulley tune

THe weistec bench tune is very safe and you will have no issues running the 60mm pulley on there base tune

NO i have 2 ecus both custom tuned now

i could of went more on the 60mm pulley tune but i wanted it safe i had another 3 degress timing to go

my fuel pumps are also maxed now so i didnt want to risk damages

its plenty now

Its a whole different animal its scary 50whp gain from the change of pulleys

but un-tuned its will be more like 20whp on bench tune

Merc63 09-20-2016 09:51 PM

Is your engine internals still stock? Steve told me when I bought the smaller pulley to just put it on and run face fuel, to let the tune adapt.

mr747 09-20-2016 10:03 PM

yes stock except for head studs

put it on bud its safe just run straight ms109

The bench tune is safe only 15 degrees timing mines up to 18 degrees now

you will be safe

Merc63 09-21-2016 01:33 AM

What's the timing on the bench 67mm tune? That's what I will be using and just letting it adapt. Isn't timing 20-21?

mr747 09-21-2016 01:57 AM

I have to double check mate leave it with me

durranic 09-21-2016 11:32 AM
