throttle % wide open stock vs tunes?

that's what I'm trying to figure out.my car was bought from Miami and was tuned in-house at renntech by previous owner and it felt flat after getting it back and was curious if i could tell if it's still tuned by the throttle % it's opening without putting it on a dyno

so at least we have one stock that might be tuned to compare with.i was reading on 6speed forums that those people were saying stock cars don't open up past 70-75% throttle but no one really confirmed it .

I'm trying to see if the WIS has a testing procedure for the throttles with an angle to be measured or something similar.

The dead horse is that all untuned the cars open 87%, or that all unturned cars open 70%?
And do you want to provide a link to a thread where this issue has already been beaten to death? because the previous link only has someone mentioning that they think that all unturned cars open to 70-something%
As far as INDIVIDUAL throttle opening, use an OBD2 scanner and you will see the percentage.
It would be nice if more people would post here the scanned throttle opening percentage, so that there is a more clear understanding of what this should be.
I'd also like to see the throttle opening percentage of the P30/31 cars.

If the TB only opens to 70-80% max due to the shaft.... then why where people buying ported TB's with the shaft ground down if the blade only opens 70-80%? Seems like a silly mod.
