OEM Solid 5-Spoke Wheels For Sale
I took these off in November 2014 with 10k miles on them, and they've been collecting dust since.
OEM Solid 5-Spoke 18" Wheels
Excellent condition. Both of the fronts have very minor rash in one spot (driver side front at 4 o'clock and pasenger side front at 5 o'clock in the pictures). Other than that, as you can see in the pictures below, fantastic condition.
Front (18x8 ET45): Stock Continental tires are corded, no good
Rear (18x9 ET54): Nitto NT555R Drag Radials 285/35-18, practically new with less than 500mi on them. Went to the dragstrip once with these before switching to MPSS on my current wheels. No rub on stock suspension. If you're looking for more traction, THESE are the tires. OEM MERCEDES TPMS INCLUDED
$1500 OR BEST OFFER **PICKUP ONLY IN NYC AREA** Not willing to ship (yet). PM ME IF INTERESTED I WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY REPLIES OR REQUESTS IN THIS THREAD Thanks

Nope. Perfect fit. Zero rubbing on stock suspension height. It's a fairly popular drag radial here as it's the biggest one you can fit in the back on OEM 18" wheels (the Nitto's run a hair skinnier than other 285's).

Well, we'll see what shipping 4 wheels with tires comes out to - I have a feeling the shipping is going to be crazy. These aren't going to be easy 20# packages we're talking about, and my ability and patience to get this done in the next few weeks with a nuts work schedule is just about zero.....

I shipped four wheels recently (no tires). My local tire store was willing to save a couple boxes for me of the appropriate size. Found that it was a little less expensive to tape 2 boxes together and ship 2 bigger packages, vs shipping 4 smaller boxes separately.

Yeah thanks. I've tried a few different combinations with the major shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but so far shipping is indeed pretty steep. Each rim/tire is going to be around 45-50lbs in a 30x30x12 box each. It may just not be cost-effective at ~$400 in shipping alone....
I've heard shipping via Greyhound can be cheaper, but who really wants to go to a bus station and wait for their wheels to show up, or not. I've read some horror stories.

Try trucking firms as well. I shipped 4 wheels with tires packaged separately from New Brunswick to Ontario ~ 1000 miles (1600 kms) for $75 tax-in by Day & Ross a local shipping company.
I just taped cardboard discs to the outside of the wheel/tire like TireRack or Discount Tires does.

Shipping big car mats teaches you a thing or two If you don't have a contract this is the way to start, or if you're just shipping a few things the way to go.

I shipped a set of oem 19" multispokes and tires to cali from NYC. If the buyer has a fedex business account, he can have it shipped for around $150. My buyer used his own account after I quoted him $350 from fedex to ship it nyc-la.
In regards to shipping, you don't need boxes. Get a few heavy duty moving boxes and cut out circles that cover both sides of the wheels & tires. Then get shipping plastic and wrap the crap out of them. The wheels arrived to LA with no damages. I doubled up on the heavy duty cardboard for extra safety.
