I was wondering if you can please help me out pricing a EXTENDED WARRANTY...

I am looking at buying a CPO 2013 MERCEDES C63 WITH P30 PACKAGE FROM MERCEDES BENZ PLEASANTON
the car comes with 1 year unlimited warranty and I want to buy an extended warranty for it. The finance manager at MB of Pleasanton will not give me a exact price for a 2 year unlimited mileage unless I sit down and cut a check for the car. In person he tells me $8,000 my response to that is our you nutts? He then says he can do one for $4,000 to $5,000 for the 2 year unlimited. I am looking to buy the extended warranty from someone else since he is playing games with me.

Can you please tell me the different extended warranties that are available for this car and prices?

He better be kidding when he said that. Try calling around. You don't have to purchase it from the dealership where you buy the car. There are many threads on this topic. Erin at MB of Santa Rosa in Cali has been mentioned multiple time. I bought mine from Georgetown, TX 5 years ago. From my understanding, MB has adjusted up the ELW prices a couple of years ago. However, I'm fairly sure it wouldn't be $8K for 2 years on a C63.

Plenty of nice C63's around. If a dealer ever played games with me like that I'd tell them to **** off, buy the car elsewhere, then do burnouts in the original dealer's parking lot. Why would you give this guy your business and $ after he tried to pull a stunt on you like that.
