Such a beauty! I would just add a CF trunk spoiler like Boca or RennTech & she would look aggressive all around.

...and maybe some HRE wheels lol

somehow im not a fan of a spoiler on a merc, it doesn't really suit and seems to look out of place... I do however love them on GT Porsche's.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the track pack spoiler, but here is a few examples of BS with nice trunk spoiler .. Pure sex

What would be the best exhaust setup?
A simple way to modify your car to your personal tastes without deviating too far from it's original form is by acquiring some aftermarket wheels. Case in point: these custom forged HRE P104's

You guys play it dirty. Sexy All black BS. Stunning

Congratulations on your purchase mate! I also own a Mars Red C63 BS without the Aero Package, just like yours, no rear wing, and no front cannards. Been thinking of adding it, or at least the cannards. They look beasty without the extreme-race-car look (with the rear wing). ModeCarbon is indeed the best price I've found, and people usually write great reviews about them.

Haven't done anything to my exhaust yet. You'll notice that the BS exhaust is already pretty loud when you're sprinting, but it's soft and calm when iddle or when just cruising around town.

Enjoy it!

You'll have to cut the resonator out.

Congrats!

If u cut the secondaries out and flange it, you can put them back on again easily (doubt you will want to put them back on lol) Cheap easy mod to straight pipe the secondaries. It will increase the volume without sacrificing the amg bark. Do not touch the resonators unless you want trumpet sounding loudness. Will change the sound of the car much more high pitched. Some people love it, personally I hate res deletes.

ECU + TCU Valvebody tune, great increase in power, faster shifts, rev matching throttle blips for not too expensive. aFe dry pro air filters, add a bit more hp plus get some more crackle and pops with up and down shifts. De-chrome - cheap diy wrap, looks more aggressive. And don't forget the best looking wheel HRE one piece (p series)

Congrats again, love my CBS too!

Agreed! I just went to price out Pole Positions so I can have them redone to match the factor bucket seats that were an option in AU, EU, CA...pretty much everywhere but USA, lol. Also plan on slapping on some HRE's so I can fit some 325's in the rear!

Sidenote...good lord are cars more expensive in AU! I knew they were more expensive than USA but I didn't know just how much!

VERY EXPENSIVE here! Can't you buy the factory seats from Merc? 325's will provide too much grip so bye bye chirps

Haha! I realized I needed more rubber in back during the last track day I did! 285 Conti's were definitely not cutting it, lol!

So I called my Merc dealer, explained what I was looking for, they said they can't get parts that weren't an option on US spec cars. I didn't think that was right so I called back and got another guy and he told me the same thing . I'm going to try a few more dealers then I'll try calling some across the pond. Either way, I can't imagine what the Merc tax will add to the cost of those. I'm betting they'll be over $10k!

If you ever come across a set of these, feel free to ping me! haha.

I know what you mean "perserve" as I feel the same way however, didn't you ask about best exhaust setup? Haha
And also it's not brand new, so just enjoy it for now, mod it if you enjoy modding cars. I agree it's amazing right from the box but modding cars is just as fun as driving them to some of us.
Anyway all the mods that I mentioned to you are 100% reversible if you want to put it back to stock (oem) I've even done all those that I listed plus a lot more but still all reversible.

Btw how many km are on your CBS? She's a beauty, either way enjoy it man!

Mines still quite new with only 6000miles on it or 10,000km. I only drive it on weekends and road trips.

Our cars should be close to twins when I'm done! Maybe not twins...brothers that look really really alike, lol. I am jealous of BS fenders that don't have the orange side markers that I had to get color matched. It just looks sooooo much more clean w/o those side markers there!

Also getting prices on Pole Positions with custom upholstry to match the OEM bucket seats...if the price is at all tempting maybe I can try to setup a group buy! They'll definitely be cheaper than the $15K/ea OEM seats, lol!

Your BS is spec'd somehow like mine - no Aerodynamics Package. In case you feel like it, search for ModeCarbon.com. They have an option for the rear track wing and the front cannards. On mbonline.com, the OEM rear wing is around 7-8k usd, and ModeCarbon sells it for half the price. I've been studying pictures of OEM wing and ModeCarbon wing and couldn't tell the difference between them.

BTW, my BS has around 9,5k miles (15k km's). But I bought it 3months ago, and it had 7,5k miles (12k km's), so there were 1k km's per month.. Talk about addiction
