Hi, did you ever find the problem to this, I am going crazy, feels like I want to drive the car over a cliff I am so annoyed. I never had the squeaking noise before, I have a clicking side from the front left wheel all of the sudden. I felt the sway bar end arms were worm so got new ones and replaced them and no difference, then went to a "professional suspension shop" and they told me the ball joint of the lower control arm was worn. Bought new arms for both side, installed them still nothing, can't be the top control arms as they were replaced about a month before. Now there's an additional rubbery squeak to add to the clicking and suspension knocks. When I had the wheel alignment done I had the guy check all the bolts for me to see if any were loose and they were all tight. All I can think of now is the strut mount bearings but I am soo tired of spending money with no results and if I have this done and still nothing I'm gonna be fkn crazy mad. As for the brake click I have disassembled the brakes and dust shield twice and do not see anything that could cause the clicking sound.

Have you checked the CV boot? Clicking noise is common when they fail.
As far as the tweet I would check the sway bar bushings and control arm bushings. Also you have to make sure that when you loosen the bolts - that you don't tighten them back under no load. Traditionally you can take the wheel off and place a jack stand under the LCA to load the bushing. Then tighten everything down. Not doing this will cause premature bushing failure.

Yes, I did. So apparently, my new coilovers weren't broken in yet as the shaft seal wasn't lubed up enough with oil and thus causing the tweeting.
The head tech at Muller advised that I spray a little bit of WD-40 on the shaft to see if that would mitigate the problem until oil reached the seal and voila, it worked and I've had no issues since.
Maybe give that a go? Happy to help further if you post a video of your noise.
