Do Not Use MHP!!

I really hate to be like this but I feel that I have to. I used MHP to buy a tune and Boca air boxes. That cost over $2500. It has been over 4 months now and they have not shipped the air boxes that they charged $1500 for. They will not respond to emails or calls now either. A very dishonest and bad company. I advise not doing business with them.

DUDE dont you read forums before purchasing??

drnathanowens 11-16-2016 06:42 PM

i thought i did. why do you say that?

chrisridebike8 11-16-2016 06:44 PM

Honestly, you read the forums? MHP is banned from this forum because there are so many threads about bad experiences with them. Basically, you are screwed

drnathanowens 11-16-2016 06:46 PM

obviously i didn't read enough. the tune went smoothly and runs well but they basically stole $1500 from me.

mr747 11-16-2016 06:48 PM

BLKROKT 11-16-2016 07:17 PM

Pay a lawyer to send them a letter demanding your $ back, or you will take them to court.

After all the threads on this site I just have a general rule....if the parts company I am thinking of dealing with has a 3 letter name that includes an M and an H, I move on.
Its why I don't have headers lol.

Definitely start the process to get your money back as they are not sending you anything - use whatever means you can, credit card charge back (they may have time limits on this and it has been a while but try), paypal if they are involved, demand letter if you need to, they have been ripping people off for years.

I have dyno comp headers, work great and they have them in stock. Might want to check them out. They are based out of Scottsdale Arizona.

I read all the stories and still ordered with them they shipped on the day the told me they will no issues, only way I agreed to buy was if they had it in stock so if they don't ship next coupe days I could put a chargeback on my cc

BenzWorks, they're good stuff. Serge is a forum member too.

How about you call your credit card company and say you were fraudulently charged and haven't received anything? If you paid with Paypal, just open a claim and your money will be returned.

Good luck.

The cc is the saving grace there, cos I wouldn't trust them to tell me their correct inventory levels, or to ship it to me even if they had it.

I bought my Dyno Comp long time ago. Great product and service. Actually if I'm not wrong they are MBH.

That's cause the MBH lineup IS made in AZ under the company name Ardent. If the Dyno Comp headers seem like the MBH it probably is from Ardent, Dyno comp just sells them. Mine are from Ardent as well through a independent shop that is good friends with the owner. I had the shop request resonator deletes from them that are a direct bolt on to the MBH x-pipe. I'm going to have them make me a H-pipe next to see what sound difference I can get. MBH is also just a reseller not the manufacturer.
