What are the gains with your tune on a C63 Black Series?

It is not much. I have looked into it for mine and not worth it just for the tune. Need the headers to go along with it to see a difference.

Are these Agency Power Headers considered "long-tubes"?

Lance - We received your order Monday night at 9:20PM. We shipped the package yesterday and it will arrive on Friday. 2nd day air would not arrive on Thursday because of the holiday.

I've tried calling many times this week and have emailed the sales email but haven't gotten a response. I'm interested in getting the C63 tune/tuner but need help placing the order. The website still only has it listed at full price.

Hmmm... weird... I called once this week (between 3pm and 4pm CST on Tuesday) and Philip picked up the phone and answered all of my questions. He'll be back in the shop on Monday and will honor the Black Friday specials if you speak with him and order over the phone on Monday.

Where does one go for customizing the tune option with the car's current mods? I already ordered but there was no comment section to tell eurocharged whats already or will be on my car.

OH I think I misread about the free software. Do you guys offer remote tuning? Can't have any downtime these days.

There is no down time. The process goes like this...

1. You send payment
2. EC sends handheld
3. You load stock tune on handheld and send it to EC with mod list
4. EC sends back a tune file
5. You load tune file onto handheld and upload it into you car

The process is seamless (see: 274035 members running EC tune) and there is no downtime at all.

Got the tune file today. Loaded it with no issues, and she has COME ALIVE!!! It pulls so hard in the mid-RPM range that the traction control light flashes all the way through 2nd gear. I can say that it is all the rears can do to stay planted. Happy customer so far. Oh, and I would like to thank Jerry for working on a Saturday morning and sending me my file so I didn't have to go all weekend without the extra ponies under the hood. Great customer service.
