E63 wheels on C63 question.
Hi! Guys, who use R19 wheels from E/CLS 63 AMG on C63? Tell please, how it work? I think buy this wheels for my C63. It's a good idea?
What size tires must be used on these wheels?
Picture from internet... Looks good, right?

I personally might move down one notch to 245/275 just cos it depends on what brand of tire you get and what your ride height is.

Totally agree but I think in this case most people are assuming the OP and readers know the specs on the E63 wheels. I personally would have posted them myself if I were the OP. I know I don't know the specs off the top of my head. Heck, I still have to look up the specs on our stock wheels.

My point was not clear. The folks with wheels to sell or wheels they want to buy don't post the ET when the wheels are not of our cars.

Hi,
for CLS63 should be 9,0X19 ET 37 and 10,0x19 ET 47.
for E63 should be 9,0X19 ET 37 and 9,5x19 ET 52.
Glad to know that the 285/30 tyres fit well in the back.
Which tyre model are you using?
Cheers

Rear E63 wheels will fit no problem.
Front will stick out a bit and rub if you keep OEM tire size as Mort mentioned.
245 is stretched but will work better.

I don't own a C63 but in my years of experience and owning a E63 with that height differential, it will not rub even with hard turning. That thing is a 4x4 now. lol. If lowered though it will rub the rear fender liners upon hard bumps that's for sure.
