some pics...clear bra, ceramic coating and tints
I dont think the pics give the car enough credit (maybe its the poor lighting). Paint correction was done on the full exterior first. The full front end (bumper, fenders, mirrors, head lights) wrapped in suntec clear film (PPF-C). On top of the film and the rest of the exterior along with wheels, plastics and calipers is coated in 5 layers of ceramic pro 9h and 1 layer of ceramic pro light; 1 layer of ceramic pro rain on all the windows; and the interior was coated as well (dash, seats etc.) 5% tint all around with 35% on the windshield
Im happy with it. Good prep is a must before applying any type of coating. Also, adding the clear bra and ceramic coating to your insurance policy is nice to have just in case of an accident

It usually depends on the condition of your paint. The prep work takes the most time and costs the most. A full paint correction can cost upwards of $2000 if you have swirl marks and holograms on your paint. It would be a shame to put a ceramic coating on flawed paint and essentially seal in scratches and imperfections. When I did my own paint correction, I asked my pro detailer buddy how much it would have cost to have him do it and he said $3,000+ for just the paint correction and coating.

Beautiful ride bentz69, the car should be really easy to maintain now with all the ceramic coating on it.

My other car has 20% all around and 50% on the windshield. In the sunlight its almost like the tint isn't even there. Its really not as bad as you think but you would have to see for yourself
I wish those were mine...that's actually the shop that did the work for me
The place I went to offered several different packages of ceramic pro. Basic package was 1 layer of coating with a 2 year warranty for 799$. Next level (what I got) was 5 layers with a 5 year warranty for 1499$. Final package was I believe 9 layers for 2299$ with a lifetime warranty. Ceramic Pro has specific details regarding the warranty that you can find on their website. The simple version is that the installer and ceramic pro guarantee the coating on my car to last for 5 years. There is a small catch. I'm told that once a year for 199$ the car goes back to the installer to measure the thickness of the coatings to ensure its adequate and they also give the car a full detail. I would probably have a detail done anyway so not a big deal.
Included in the package price is a full detail and paint correction prior to installing the coating (Wash, clay, remove any and all swirl marks and minor scratches) otherwise your putting a coating on not so perfect paint and it wont look good.
Yep, the amount of hours you can put into a full paint correction is pretty insane. If you detail the cars yourself, you really know/understand the amount of work, time, attention to detail it takes to get it perfect.

Another major selling point to me was the ease of cleaning the vehicle now. Supposedly nothing "sticks" to the car. Yes it will get dirty but ease of cleaning is supposed to be vastly improved.
