Odd Check engine light
I just got an oil change (0w-40 mobil 1), an hour later I'm driving around I get a check engine light
OBD II says
P2189 - lean at idle
P0174 - System lean
P2123 - Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch D circuit high input
P2187 - System lean at idle
P0171 - system lean
I have a eurchcarged Tune v6 and a deleted 2nd cat and a resonator replaced with just a welded pipe.
Not sure what is causing this problem, did the ecu go bad?
I figured it MIGHT be a vacuum leak, however if so, it wouldn't have given off P2123 Code for throttle/pedal sensors
any ideas?

What else is happening? What are some other symptoms? It's hard to diagnose without knowing what else is happening. Rough idle? High idle? If you're idling at like 1500-2000 RPMs, that'll give us something to work with... CELs are often very broad and general lol

Check your dipstick I saw another thread where the guy had a bunch of codes including the ones you have and the dipstick was was not fully seated (check the filler cap also) as you just had an oil change.
If not that, check the maf sensors are plugged in properly in case one was bumped, next thing I would check would be intake manifold gasket, spray some carb cleaner around the gaskets and see if the idle changes.
