Hi guys i sorted out my car 2 days ago by replacing 2 downstream O2 sensors, the car ran fine a day later the car began to misfire when the tech logged on the camshaft adjuster fault came on tech reckons that my chain might be stretched and that my balancer shaft could be also damaged and that means removing the engine i would like some advice before i do anything on the car.....

There's a wealth of info here on camshaft adjusters. You should definitely spend some time reading those threads and educate yourself as to possibilities and likelihoods first before committing to repairs.

Definitely need to get a second opinion. That's not a cheap or easy repair. Also like others stated, poke around the forum a bit for more info.
