More codes, P0353 & P0303

A little background, my car is an 07 R63 with 151k miles. All stock except for 82mm tb, oil catch can, and no carbon filters. I had this stalling/shutting the engine off going on for about the last two months but no code and no check engine lights. Last week a check engine light and code P0335, Crankshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit, popped up. So over the weekend I changed out the CPS for a new unit. Reset everything and went for a test drive. The car drove like a bat out of hell. I have never seen the traction control light blink on this car before and now it just go crazy.

And this morning I took the boys to school. Weather about low 60 degree, at idle I noticed a slight miss/stumble, but no check engine light. Ran the diagnostic and two pending codes appeared

P0303
Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0353
Ignition Coil "C" Primary/Secondary Circuit

So which one is the cylinder #3? Anyone have a diagram of the cylinder orientation handy? More intimate time with the 6.3.

Thank you. I'll swap the coils and see if the coil is bad or something else
