Which c63 for me?

Which c63 for me?
I'm trying to decide between two different c63s.
First one is local, 2011 with 50k miles. It has some maintenance records from the last owner, but I would be the fourth owner.
Second one is a 2013 with 50k miles as well, but is a CPO car 5 hours away. It also costs $8k more.
My plan is to keep the car about a year. I understand that these cars are expensive to maintain, but don't want to pour out my wallet unnecessarily.
Is the CPO warranty worth $8k? Can someone recommend a solid 3rd party warranty if I go the other route?
Thanks for all your help.

Your post seems odd to me, financially. Only keeping a car for a year implies you don't mind losing your shirt to depreciation and sales taxes. The 2011 will depreciate slower, so that seems like the cheaper option.
Why are you concerned with the possibility of maintenance expenses when you have a budget to churn through a car a year? Wouldn't leasing cars be a better option? By the time you factor in depreciation, sales taxes and $8k for a CPO, I'm wondering if you couldn't just lease a new car.
Personally, I roll the dice. I don't buy aftermarket warranties. I figure it'll work out in my favor over 30+ years of driving cars. Get the 2011 and enjoy. I'll be shocked if it needs $8k in maintenance in one year.

It's not just 8k for a cpo warranty. You get the facelift model without the worry for headbolt failure and a 2 year newer car. 2013 one hands down

Just curious...what is the price for the 2011 w/ 50,000 miles? I ask because I'm looking to sell my 2011 w/ 51,000 miles, and I'm wondering what the going rate is. For what it's worth, mine is outside the range of the head bolt issue (was a late build). I definitely agree with the earlier posters that I wouldn't buy one that was within the head bolt issue range of production.

8k is a big difference. If you are only keeping it for a year, and if the 2011 is outside the range for the old headbolts (or if they were replaced with the new ones), id get the 2011. Of course, just one man’s opinion. I do like the PFL better lookswise, but FL def has upgrades.

8k more is a big price difference for just one year.
I wouldn't imagine any MAJOR repairs within one year, especially considering the mileage.
I love the 2013, but financially I would say the 2011. If the 8k price difference for one year isn't a big deal to you, definitely do the 2013.
