I have my new C63 year 2017 , is it normal that I can see some rust between the disc ?

Go 300km/h and slam on the brakes. Should solve the issue.

And surface rust on metal brake discs is pretty normal if the car sits for a bit.

Setting aside the correct forum issue, my discs will rust if I wash the car and don't dry them. Every Benz I have owned does this.
As suggested, Go out and get up some speed and drag the brakes.
It has also been recommended to me that some aggressive braking cleans up the tendancy of the pads to glase and squeal.
