W204 C63 AMG Supercharged

For almost a year I have had the Magnuson C63 Supercharger overdrive belt kit in my garage, just waiting for the right time to install it.
The kit adds a secondary (seperate) shorter, more direct 8 spine belt drive combination to the engine to provide more boost and limit belt slipping.

The Standard Magnuson Heartbeat C63 kit.

The original kit by Magnuson, the heartbeat C63 Kit adds a insane 200BHP to the car by simply adding a longer belt (6 spine) to the engine that is driven in combination with all of the other engine components. Only issue, The belts around 2klms long, gets hot and can slip causing a drop PSI.

The overdrive kit out and ready to go on.

Buy upgrading to the overdrive kit you eliminate all that.

The overdrive kit, at a minimum can add 40% more power on top of the standard kit and with a different pulley combinations you can get an extra 60%+ more power out of the kit.

Obviously to go that much more you will need head studs to ensure you don’t lift the heads off the block, possible larger injectors and a fuel pump. With my instal I’ve added the 215mm bottom pulley, 65mm top pulley and I think it added around 150BPH (fingers crossed) that would hopefully get me to around the 650/680RWBHP.

Took myself around 16 hours, three trips to supercheep and the result was insane. Scared the paints off me. https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...2/16/1f602.png😂https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...2/16/1f92a.png🤪https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...2/16/1f602.png😂https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...2/16/1f62c.png😬

Ken Nunn (the designer of the Magnusun C63 Supercharger) was very helpful with a few tips (his probably going to correct my stats now https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...2/16/1f602.png😂) but it’s an insane result. Was it powerful before? Yes. 11.36 @ 127 MPH and a clean 398KW/533RWBP. I will definitely need to get a tune to get new numbers but when I gave it just a little squeeze, it was massively noticeable, WAY more powerfull and direct.

I’ve added a few images, during and after shots and will get so Dyno numbers after the tunes done.

Overdrive setup is a lot more solid design with the separate supercharger drive belt. What else are you running with the supercharger?
