Vibration in gas pedal (
Hey all. I noticed Vibration in gas pedal when I do not fast drive 60-70 km. Vibration only in pedal.
My wheels is good! I drive a little. The mileage is 21,000 kilometers.
What could it be?

It could be a bad flex coupling, that connects the transmission to the driveshaft and the driveshaft to the rear axle. It is made out of hard but flexible rubber, if it's bad that could cause your vibration issue.

I noticed this when coming from driving my newer acura TL to driving this car. Bought the car bone stock and mint with 48k km's. I wouldn't go as far as calling it vibration but I can feel a bit of feedback from the gas pedal when resting my foot on it at idle. I'd assume it's somewhat normal?

I've been feeling this a bit too. It's almost like a feel vibration in the floorboards as opposed to the steering wheel.
My engine mounts are in need of some attention though... I think they're just about toasted at 50k miles and I'm wondering if that could be the cause. As odd as it seems.

Was today on the diagnostic from an official dealer. No problems were found.
Noticed that the engine is slightly tilted to the right side of the passenger. That is how it should be?

Check the smooth running value on star, sometimes an air leak at the inlet manifold can cause a slightly uneven idle.

Edit: did something somewhat sketchy, but needed to diagnose. Put the rear of my car on jack stands, wheels on, to diagnose whether this was a front end or rear end/drive line vibration. The second I hit 60 mph, chassis vibration started. Next step is even slightly sketchier -- take the wheels off and go back up to 60 and see whether I have wheel vibration, or something in the drive line.

Not many things left to check. Driveshaft. Bent suspension arm perhaps? Loose steering tie rod ends could cause a shimmy at speed. Check all the subframe bolts too if you’ve ever had that apart.
Also, I know you’ve played around with your struts/springs quite a bit. I’m guessing that they’re seated properly, but maybe taking the suspension apart and putting it back together again you may find something. Did this start happening around the time you were making all those changes?

Next step is new tires with Road Force balance. I don't see how they could be bent as I haven't hit anything... Given that they are 3 piece wheels, they probably have a bit of run out, but I'm hoping the match mounting of a Road Force balancer can help in that arena. Maybe I've thrown a few weights over the last few months that I haven't noticed? Who knows, but I'll figure it out.

I've been thinking driveshaft too, but I actually got around to take my wheels off last night and run the car up to 70 MPH while on jack stands, and without the wheels, the car is much much smoother so I've narrowed the cause of vibration down to the rear wheels.
