Need help looking for cats.
Hey guys, as title says I need help looking for some high flow cats, probably 200 cell and good for 800hp.
The problem is I don't have much space underneath the car and can only fit a 3.5" od x 7/8" cat ( as in the widest part of the cat has to be 3.5"). Any suggestions for off the shelve products or companies that can fab something up? Thanks ahead of time.

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
Cli63 - the only cats that that I know of that fit that description are the Kooks Greencats (GE-90140). 3" OD and up to 900 hp, 49 state legal. https://www.kooksheaders.com/catalytic-converter.html. I think I read somewhere they may be 300 cpsi, but are reportedly very high flow and good quality.
Luke - IIRC the Vibrant 7500 series has a 4" OD and is rated to 500 hp max. The 7800 series can handle up to 800 hp, but those are even wider. I looked into them as well as Roe Racing (reportedly garbage), HJS (stupid expensive and also too wide) and Magnaflow (reportedly just burn up). Did my research into all of these before I got the track Vette last summer... no personal experience with any of them but that is what the general consensus seemed to be across the threads I read through on various sites.

Funny you mention Kooks, because I actually have a set of Kook cats, the exact same model you mentioned. But even though the description says 3" that is only the flange, the OD is actually only 4", I didn't know until I got them physically. I have looked at HJS from Fabspeed but nothing comes close in terms of size. I think Kooks is the probably the best bet, either I figure out some way to mount them or just live with the fact I will never pass emissions.
