What about pricing without the plate?

Check our 4th of july sale pricing thats going in now.

throttlebodies arent very useful without the plate as they are not compatible with the stock plate. If you shoot us an email we can price you TBs only if thats what youre after.

I have a stage 3 blower i dont need plate as throttles mount on y pipe

VictoryRoadPerformance 11-07-2018 07:37 AM

Bump!

BLKROKT 11-07-2018 08:09 AM

You know what would be really useful? If you guys could also come up with a bolt-on/clip-on velocity stack for the 82mm TBs themselves. A bunch of us have cobbled together solutions using glue or welds, but nobody has come up with something as OEM-like as is used on the stock TBs or the kit that RENNtech or Kleemann make....

VictoryRoadPerformance 11-07-2018 09:02 AM

We could do that with a Nylon-Carbon Fiber 3d printed part.

That would be ideal and maybe in your next batch of plates give the holes for the screws a little kire depth. On the 2 screws there is barely any depth for the screw to go into.

I used lock Tite fearing screws would come loose.

VictoryRoadPerformance 11-07-2018 12:07 PM

Thank you for the Feedback! hope you are enjoying the plate!

Mag1c Carp3t 11-08-2018 01:51 PM

Would it be ideal to have a custom tune catered for this modification?

VictoryRoadPerformance 11-08-2018 02:18 PM

Yes, a tune would provide you the largest increase in horsepower from the throttle body upgrade.

Texas E63 11-08-2018 02:53 PM

what would the cost be to add the velocity stacks onto a set of 85mm's ?

There are currently no options for Velocity stacks for aftermarket throttle bodies.

Texas E63 11-08-2018 03:46 PM

Sorry - i thought above you mentioned you might able to 3d print them ........

Yes it could be done, unfortunately it is not in the works for right now as we have other projects requiring immediate completion including a supercharger conversion kit and a new carbon fiber intake.

Texas E63 11-08-2018 05:54 PM

gotcha..... those other projects on M156's ?

hopefully intake is like the renntech one or better without their outrageous price tag lol

Kriston 11-09-2018 10:34 AM

This is worthless without the velocity stacks.

BLKROKT 11-09-2018 02:46 PM

They’ll still likely work fine without the stacks. And you have plenty of options for doing stacks if you want, it’s just a little more of a project.

skratch77 11-09-2018 03:17 PM

I made my own stacks but would if been way better if they had something that would be plug and play.

I just snuck a video wire into my intake to see if they are still glued on and good to go so far.
