PILOT SPORT 4S at 9.7k Miles
Mounted new track wheels/tires - BBS/Trofeo Rs for VIR next weekend...
Pictures don’t lie...
9.7k miles miles - 12 track days at VIR and two days at Road Atlanta...
Religious with tire pressures...
tires never rotated...
38psi cold front, 40psi cold rear - on the street...
34psi hot front, 36psi hot - on the track...
no burn outs, minimal drifting on track...
plenty of tread left...
no blisters or cording...
Street only in the future...
bottom line - Tires wearing much better than I expected... 😎
FYI... The 2015 ‘507’ came from factory with CONTISPORTCONTACT 5P - driver front corded at 7.4k miles... 😝
a few pictures...
note: The steel ruler is sitting on top of wear indicators...

I got 15k miles out of my last set of PS4S. Love em.
just use them for daily driving, street only no track. I had more tread left but the camber ruined them on the inside of all 4. 275/30/19R & 245/35/19F

Were you lowered? My car seems to run through tires evenly across but just had h&r springs delivered (not yet installed). If I'm STILL going to get 15k miles out of them with camber ruining the insides I'm fine with that number.

I’m confused... Alignment You say?... Looking at the tires, I see even wear across the tires... why would you think alignment is off?...
I had the dealer do a alignment at each of the last two yearly Major services...
the last alignment was done Feb 2018 during the 30,000 major service...
what values from the attached alignment sheet from the dealer would you suggest changing?...
As far as a track tire... the pilot sport 4Ss work ok at the track... not the best choice but they’re a great all around tire and work well in the rain... they did squeal loudly at the track😎
that’s why I got the Pirelli Trofeo R for the track... 😎

Yes, even wear on the track because of the negative camber from your alignment.
EDIT:x2 on this. They have amazing grip in the wet. Way better than RE11 and AD08R.
