Bluetooth phone really sucks
I set up the Bluetooth phone link on my FL C63 several years ago but haven't used it until recently. The audio quality is horrible. Always. Even just sitting still. Bad for me and worse for the person on the other end of the line.
I expected far more from a Mercedes. Is this typical or is this just me?Could I have messed up something in the setup?

Yeah, mine works pretty well. Who knows what it is. My last C63, same stereo options, same year, had worse quality satellite radio than my current car.

Something must be wrong.
Mine worked perfectly.
I could hear the person perfectly fine, and sometimes they didn't even know that I was talking through the car phone.
Try BMW's bluetooth system, it sounds like the other person is whispering to you!

Mine works totally find, never had any issues hearing anyone and not had any complaints from the other end either. What phone do you have? Here is a list of all the tested compatible phones http://www.mercedes-benz-mobile.com/...05/finder/~bt/

The biggest complaint I get is that they can hear my long tube headers while they are talking to me. Haha. My pre-FL works fine.

just you... but sometimes mine doesn't connect to the iPhone.
I have found that, on the iPhone, if you turn Bluetooth off, then right back on, it reconnects everytime.

Something is definitely wrong with your setup. Mine works perfectly every time.
I can hear the other person clearly, and they can hear me clearly.

Thanks for all the feedback. Apparently it's just me, which probably explains why I couldn't find any complaints about it when I searched.
I'm on my second Samsung (Note3 and S7 edge). Both are on the MBz list and I had the same issue with both phones. Puzzling. I'll try clearing my Bluetooth connections list and re-pairing to see if a fresh connection helps.
