Bi-Xenon to Halogen retrofit? (Update from my last post)

So I tried to buy the headlamp covers that y’all recommended to me, and they charged me 4 times and locked my bank account. I emailed the seller and I got no response.
So, my question is, rather than spending $1400 on new headlamps, is there a way to retrofit to the halogen lamps on my car? Yes, I know that it’s gonna worse, but I would rather have halogens than those stupid bi-xenons.
