Fan noise after sitting
Hi everyone,
Hopefully this hasn’t been asked before but here it goes...
I have a 2012 C63 and today my wife pointed out to me that there is a quite fan noise coming from the car after it had been sitting for 30mins to an hour. After I told my kids to shut the fu#k up I could hear what sounded like a computer cooling fan noise coming from the firewall?? Any ideas and is this common. Thanks in advance for the answers.

The ventilaltion fan runs for a while to help dry out the AC condensation in the heat exchanger and venting so the system does not get moldy and smell like a cess pool when you first turn it on.

Standard procedure for a "hot" start, aka engine still warm in most mercedes.
There is a small fan for the head unit in the dash, it's quiet but in full silence you can hear it running occasionally with the car off.
