P0128 C63 Check engine light

Hey my car just threw this code early in the morning a couple days ago. Pretty sure my thermostat is stuck open.
the oil temp gets up to temperature faster than the coolant. Which i would think would mean my thermostat is stuck open?

I came across this on ebay if i just replaced the inner part with this Mishimoto part would this fix the check engine light code?

A lot cheaper then replacing the whole unit.

Saw your post on the socal lounge. It looks like BLKROKT has one. That would be good enough for me if he runs it.
