Steering wheel spacer???
I'm looking for a spacer to get my steering wheel back a couple inches, ideally maintaining radio controls, airbag, etx. I'm taller, and the ergonomics are just a bit off. Anyone heard of companies that do this, if not an existing kit potentially fab something up?
Cheers!

Yeah, unfortunately it just doesn't come back far enough. I'm tall so I want to adjust the seat all the way rearward for my legs, but the seat base has way more range of motion than the wheel, so at some point the wheel is maxed out and the seat keeps going, to keep contact with the wheel I end up adjusting the seat back to a very upright position, which is uncomfortable. My choice is cramped knees or a bolt upright seat.

I've had my column out (esl fix) and steering wheel off a handful of times in the last few months. I don't think there is a simple way to space the column or steering wheel. To space the steering wheel would require some fancy machine work with some sort of sleeve that slips over the existing spline of the column and an extra long center bolt. The column doesn't have enough room in the dash to move out at all.

Also 6'6", I still fit, it's just not ideal.
Looks like I may have to break out the laser scanner and get some CAD going,
I was hoping to take the lazy way out if someone had addressed it already :-/
