Does anyone know how these fit compared to other headers (MBH, ARH, etc.)? I haven't found many recent threads with Kleemaan LTHs installed.

They are a quality manufacturer. Looks like some minor exhaust modifications are required to fit them. But your exhaust shop should be able to handle without issue.
