Sorry if this has been covered. I have done a little digging and have seen a lot of people changing the purge valve when having a CEL. My car seems to run fine, but I get a check engine light that will come and go. It seems to be related to when I put gas, but I really cant be sure, Sometimes it goes away for days then it comes back on after I get gas. Any help would be great.

Take a big puff and get the CEL read------then you will really know rather than TFUYA approach.

Try changing your gas cap first. The seal can go bad and throw a code.
