If the primary intent of these bars is to resist strut tower flex (i.e. increase or decrease of the distance between), the bar is subjected to compression/tension whether it has a pinned connection or not.
And with the exception of the Ultra Racing and Renntech bars, almost all other bars appear to have "hinged" connections at the mounting location... So only 2 manufacturers got it right?
