Tune problem

Hello

i have 2012 c63
eurocharge v7 tune with Mygenius tool

i update tool now i cant use it
i called eurocharge they tell me you need unlock and new tune

I have hptuner tool with credit
How i find orginal map
or who work remap

or how can use orgnial tune

Why is it so in vogue to bash Eurocharged lately? I've had nothing but good experiences with them on both my C55 and C63. Has something changed?

I spent 1500$ on EC for a tune and my genius device and gained 0hp, they take zero accountability and no refund!…Sent them mygenius device logs but says the tune works on their car…. Many have similar experiences with EC!

After getting a black series, if you could just load that tune on a standard car, that would be the ultimate, I have never driven a tuned car that responded and had the throttle response like the BS, if you could just flash that calibration on a standard car people would line up for days as their seems to be no hardware difference at all, but even compared to my 507 it is such a better tuned car from the factory.
