Hydraulic lifters
hi..I have a 2012 w204 c63...I am currently replacing the cam adjusters and had a look at my lifters..they all appear fine.. never had any clicking sound wen it idled but wat I did notice that it has the slightest of indentation on the crown of it wen I ran my finger on it..u could barely feel it though..I need to know if I need to replace these lifters or are they safe to still use the ones i have removed

I would replace for peace of mind as you are also going in there for the adjusters
