Depreciation numbers on a C63s convertible
When the 2022 C63s comes out, are there any opinions about depreciation on the prior models being less because of the new models eliminating the V8. It would make sense to me that the V8's might become more in demand. Just my opinion.....

I am rather bias when it comes to deprecation.
Spend less time on the numbers and more time enjoying the Car.
obviously its not a Porsche it will lose value ... in the 1st year
Aside from the lack of responses on this site, there is plenty of information to address your ?
If you can afford it , then buy one and enjoy the time you have in it.
Period!

I mean seriorly thou...lol
2016 AMG C63 has depreciation
2017 AMG C63 has depreciation
2018 AMG C63 has depreciation
2019 AMG C63 has depreciation
2020 AMG C63 will take a hit
My 2021 that wont be delivered until late Jan 2021 will take a hit.
The last thing , no correction when i hit the "start" button the numbers talk goes out the window.
So its goes to back to what you can afford and live with , and what is your end game.
Mine is 4 year ownership . the only months I am talking numbers are Dec and Jan.
After that ... I am enjoying what i worked hard for.
Granted I can save , this and save that buy going used .. because of "DEPRECIATION" but my millage is differnt
I wanted a bran spanking , fresh off the truck Coupe.
And i know what that comes with ...and I am okay with that.
see easy!

The feeling i will have pulling the coupe out after a long week of kids and the wife will more than offset any Deprecation.
Truth be told I get that now ...pulling out my hybrid.
Image the C63 ..... yaaaaassssssss , the days are counting down.

Generally speaking, I think the newer V8 C63S with the improved tech will hold its value better than the old V8 C63S
The convertibles are not that easily available so they should be in more demand in places with warmer climate
