i been having a profile and i log in everyday but it had only greeted me once , i tried restarting the mbux system, changing my name and also creating another account but its not working. The benz dealership cannot give me an exact answer on why its not working.

Weird, if you have any sort of MBUX problems, they're supposed to update its software, ask for it.
Any news if the more recent produced C43's have had the contaminated engine coolant? I'm debating whether I should request a refund or replacement from MB.

Oh, I've already filed a final repair notice so I've started the lemon law process. It's been in the shop for a combined 2 months now. Other than the engine issues, I like the car so if MB has worked out their QC issues with the engines, I'm willing to take a replacement but if they haven't I'm probably going to push for a refund and go M340i like a lot of other people have.

Ah I see. Yeah I Havent heard if the issue was fixed on newer models... that would suck going to have to go to a m340i sorry mate. I test drove the m340i and though its a tiny bit quicker nothing else about it suits my needs or really interests me.

Yeah, I previously owned a 330i so I came from BMW but I really didn't like their implementation of iDrive 8 and given how everything is tied into the infotainment these days, I looked elsewhere. That said, they recently made the switch to iDrive 8.5 which from everything I've seen online addresses a number of my complaints. I still prefer the AMG's driving characteristics but I'm not willing to put up with constant engine problems.
Meant to follow up sooner but got side tracked with traveling. But essentially got the full front PPF done (front bumper, entire hood, front fenders, headlights and mirror caps). So far no issues with any of the sensors that I’ve noticed (fingers crossed). Also got all windows tinted and haven’t ran into the issue others have run into with sensors getting fried from the water.

Beautiful car. Any update on how the full front PPF has performed? Held up well? What about the other parts of the car that are not PPF'd?
