2024 AMG C43 Cabin Noise Issue
I recently purchased a new 2024 AMG C43, and while the car overall is great, I’ve been experiencing issues with crackling and rattling noises in the cabin. It’s quite bothersome during drives. I’ve brought the car to the service center a couple of times, and while the dealership replaced a few parts (like AC vents and some dashboard components) that were identified as causing the noise, the issue is still not fully resolved. The replacements have isolated the sound but haven’t eliminated it completely.
When I brought this up with the dealership, they mentioned they couldn’t do anything further and suggested trying another dealership. This is my first car, and I had higher expectations for the quality and customer service from Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, my experience so far hasn’t been very satisfying.
I escalated the issue to MBUSA, and they assigned an Executive Referral Manager to my case. The manager also suggested trying another dealership, and I’ve now submitted my car to a new dealership to see if they can address the problem effectively.
Has anyone else experienced similar cabin noise issues with the 2024 C43? Additionally, for those who’ve worked with an Executive Referral Manager, does it make a significant difference in resolving such issues?

Executive referral managers are useless. There are few worse representatives that exist in any business/industry.
My car has had significant rattles, some addressed and some resolved and some came back after a few thousand miles. I have given up.
